Ward's Marine

I took my 4 wheeler into wards early July to have a top end rebuild I started hearing a little chatter in the top end I ask the staff if I could have it done by August 12 2019 because we were going on a trip and wanted to take it with me and they replied no problem. They said the work would cost about $1300.00. On August 10 I received a call that there was more work need on the lower end and clutch and that it would not be completed by the date requested and that I was looking at a cost of $3000.00 I agreed to the cost change. I waited and didn’t hear any news from them. I stopped in on around August 20 2019 to see where we were st with the repairs. This time the staff tells me that more work was needed and that the cost would be closer to 4 thousand and that it would take a week to order parts and a week to complete the work so to let them know I was serious I put a $2000.00 down payment towards the repairs again I agreed to the work. To date I have heard nothing from them as of today’s date September 4 2019.
