The Patriot reliability is lower than the average. Known issues include the suspension and steering. In general, poor to average quality of mechanical components and the poor quality of the interior finish make it unattractive vehicle. An area that has to be looked at is the CVT transmission. The main attraction is linked to the price and the fact that it is a Jeep. On the other hand, the product has been improving since 2009.
