2009 Toyota Highlander 2WD First Impressions

When the new-generation Highlander debuted in 2008, a four-cylinder version was no longer in the catalog. Well times change. It's back. Speaking at a press event designed to showcase Toyota's strategy for these trying times, Stephen Beatty, the company's managing director, noted that new and more four-cylinder models are part of Toyota's grand scheme, and definitely not a knee jerk reaction to the economic climate.
