BMW M1 Homage bows at Concorso d'Eleganza

Marking the 30th anniversary of the BMW M1 super sports car, BMW Group Design decided to look to the past for inspiration for the future. Showcased as part of the Concorso d'Eleganza 2008, the M1 Homage concept builds off of the history of two important BMW models of the past. The original race-track ready M1 was designed by Giorgio Guigiaro, and led to the creation of the ultra-high-tech BMW Turbo concept car.
