DAIMLERCHRYSLER TO EXPAND PT CRUISER LINEUP

DaimlerChrysler Canada will add three new offerings to its PT Cruiser lineup in 2002: The Chrysler PT Cruiser "Woodie" Edition, the Chrysler PT Cruiser "Flame" Décor option and the Chrysler PT Dream Cruiser Series 1. "Well over a year after it was introduced, the Chrysler PT Cruiser stands alone in the world market because it blends a nostalgic, yet contemporary design with function and technology to create a segment-busting vehicle", Pearl Davies, Chrysler/Jeep Brand Manager, DaimlerChrysler Canada, said. "These new models expand the appeal of the Chrysler PT Cruiser while keeping the brand and nameplate fresh in consumers' minds."
