Chevrolet will soon introduce a production model based on the Beat subcompact car. The announcement was made on November 14 by the brand's general manager, Ed Peper, who spoke at the 2007 Los Angeles Auto Show.Similar in size to the Aveo, the Beat was one of the three concept cars unveiled by GM earlier this year at the New York Auto Show, along with the Trax and Groove.
