Suzuki offers a Liana (Aerio elsewhere in the World) in AWD guise with a very basic level of gear and a manual transmission. Also, Suzuki is part of a small minority of Japanese manufacturers that offer 0% financing from time to time. If they could combine both of these elements, this could be a way to increase sales because there is no good reason not to buy this car. The engine noise, the biggest issue as far as I am concerned, is bad but not that much worse than a Toyota Corolla. Reliability will probably never be at the same level as the Corolla but I expect that it will fair well nonetheless.
