Outstanding support
Comfort-wise, the front seats are nicely designed and provide complete support. The rear bench is also very supportive but could be a bit more sculpted. Worth noting, however, is the generous room for passengers and luggage, even when the seven seats are occupied.

Honda should improve the layout of the various controls.

The cargo area is definitely one of the highlights of this minivan. Designed to allow easy loading, it features an extremely low and unimpeded threshold.

As for safety, the Odyssey goes a bit over the top. But that's exactly what Honda wants: to offer maximum safety at an interesting value price. Nothing's missing: front, front-side and side curtain airbags, Vehicle Stability Assist with traction control, ABS brakes with electronic brake force distribution, tire pressure monitoring system... the list goes on. Actually, for the price and especially for a vehicle that targets families, the automaker clearly set out to incorporate as many safety features as possible, with no hesitation.
