And now, the praise
We were immediately and unanimously surprised by the impression that this Kia doesn't feel as big as it really is. The Sedona accelerates swiftly thanks to the 250 horsepower of its V6 engine, and visibility all around is excellent. So, for those who don't feel at ease driving a big vehicle, but really need one, here's a minivan that could interest them.

The most recurrent negative comment we had was its thirst for gasoline.

There is a plethora of storage spaces spread across the interior, which is greatly appreciated. The 3rd-row seats easily fold down into the floor, and cargo space is vast.

The dashboard is an example of simplistic functionality; all controls and buttons are well laid-out and easy to manipulate. Space is generous for all passengers, wherever they're sitting.

The Sedona's handling was also highlighted. During the Montreal-Quebec drive, the minivan was rock-stable despite the heavy rainfall and slippery roads. And despite its size, it isn't harder to park than a similar vehicle from other manufacturers.

Conclusion
The first 3,000 kilometers flashed by without the slightest problem or major complaint. Okay, the Sedona could be more fuel-efficient. However, this EX Power model costs $34,395 and includes power doors that be can remotely opened with the key fob. For now, we consider this Kia as being an excellent value. One word sums up what every tester thought of the Sedona: "Impressive".

All things considered, we were pleasantly surprised by the Sedona.
