Conclusion
The Hybrid model keeps all of the normal Camry's virtues, but with much better fuel economy; 6.7 L/100 km is an excellent average. However, it will take years to recuperate the extra investment. Even by saving 3 litres of fuel for every 100 kilometres, while driving 25,000 km every year, the savings will only amount to $750 a year compared to the 4-cylinder Camry. The Camry LE costs $25,900.

Purchasing a hybrid may be a nice environmental gesture, but make sure you know what you are getting into.

Also, as long as other drivers won't be patient with hybrid vehicles on the road, we'll never be able to fully exploit them. At least we know that with a moderate level of effort, we can succeed in saving the planet before it's too late.
