If you are interested in a real AWD vehicle, the RX's system will disappoint. In the present snowy conditions, the RX will not get needlessly stuck, however do not push your luck; a mild snowbank could signal the end of your forward motion very quickly.

The Lexus RX 450h is impressive on many fronts. Then again, for the as-tested price of $71,400 (base price of $58,900 for 450h, $46,900 for 350), one should expect the royal treatment. And the Ultra Premium, as the name would suggest, delivers. The RX 450h really can do everything that I would need to do and I'm sure it could do the same for you.
Does this make it the One? Well, I also like to drive. I know it's not in my list up top but I'd like to be somewhat more involved in the process. Otherwise, the RX 450h is one heck of a complete package and if money were not an issue, I know my wife would have us sign up for one.
