Overall handling has a definite European flavour. The suspension is well controlled with little body lean and shocks that soak up road imperfections with ease. Fiesta is like all other small cars in that understeer is built in. If you have to back off in the middle of a corner the nose comes back and if you have to use the brake, using too much will cause the tail to come out and you get into oversteeer.
