Sales of 2013 and 2014 Chevrolet Cruze sedans in the U.S. and Canada have been put on halt because of a potential defect in airbags made by beleaguered airbag supplier Takata -- the same company that forced Honda, Nissan, and Mazda to announce massive recalls over the past few days.
