Phil Barker, who was recently appointed Chief Engineer of Hybrid and Electric Technologies at Lotus Engineering, will head R&D efforts and help Lotus overcome the challenges of tomorrow. Before joining Lotus, this engineering graduate from the University of Coventry had been working as an automotive consultant for various companies.
