According to the NiagaraFallsReview.com, Fort Erie, an Ontarian city close to the American border, has made a deal with a Kuwaiti investor, Bayt Al Mat, to build a new racing complex.
The investor has bought 623 acres of land where it intends to build a one-mile oval track and a 2.5-mile road course with a 65,000 seat capacity. Some $200 million will be poured into the facility that will require two years to build.
