The new Alfa Romeo 169 replaces the aging 166 as Alfa's new flagship sedan. The Maserati-derived RWD platform will make the 169 the first RWD Alfa in nearly 20 years. The 169 is set to compete directly with the likes of the BMW 7-Series, the Mercedes S-Class and the Lexus LS. A huge number of engines will be available for this car including 5 gas engines with outputs ranging from between 250 to 530 hp. There will also be a selection of 2 diesel engines of 275 and 380 hp.
Spider 2.4 JTD
This gorgeous Spider, basically a Brera convertible, is the first roadster to ever use a diesel powerplant as motivation. The powerful 200 hp 2.4 JTDM 20v engine has now been added to the Alfa Spider family and is combined with a sporty 6-speed gearbox. This new engine guarantees great power all the while consuming very little fuel. Top speed is rated at 228 km/h and the Spider can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 8.4 seconds.
