Guy Cosmo confirmed his return to the Extreme Speed Motorsports driver line-up for a full ALMS campaign in 2012. He expects to reap the fruits of a tough 2011 season.
“I'm thrilled to be back with [ESM] for 2012,” Cosmo said. “I think next year is going to be the most exciting yet. My team-mate Ed Brow has been making great strides [and] we've got a lot of momentum going for some great results.”
2011 was a hard year for the team, sometimes made tougher by the challenges associated with learning a new car.
“We learned a lot about the new Ferrari F458 Italia [last year],” Cosmo noted. “I think we know what makes these Italian machines tick and we've really improved the efficiency of the team.”
They should be a force to be reckoned with next season.
