Again this year, the Nissan LEAF continues to be the affordable EV choice in the Nissan electric family. The 40 kWh battery option is still in the product offering, but for only $2,000 or so more, the LEAF + with a 62 kWh battery is just a far better choice with its 363 km of r, rangre, substantially better than the 242 km of the regular LEAF with smaller battery.
Take note that the Nissan Ariya will soon enter the electric arena as the brand's first electric SUV, although it’s just been announced that its debut will be delayed by a few months . Expect it to be available early in 2022.
