Japanese automaker Nissan raised a few eyebrows when it announced the return of the Versa sedan a few months ago.

With a category in full decline, it was questionable whether this decision was appropriate. But for those on a tighter budget, Nissan can at least boast of offering a car with reasonable dimensions. Which is not quite the case for the most affordable car on the market...
