Granted, the CX-30's GX trim is only $50 cheaper than the CX-3's GS, but hey, that’s still cheaper. More importantly, the extra zero attached to the model’s name translates into a more modern, roomier and more-powerful vehicle, and one that’s frankly better put-together. Did we mention it’s also more comfortable then the little CX-3, which after all is based on the platform of the sub-compact Mazda2. The CX-30, in contrast, is based on the architecture of the Mazda3 compact car.
