2020 Lincoln Corsair
Ford’s luxury division is in the process of ending the alphanumeric designations of its lineup. After presenting the Aviator and the Nautilus in the last few months, Lincoln now puts out the Corsair for its turn in the spotlight. This model, which replaces the MK-C this year, features an elegant silhouette inspired by the big Navigator.
Two turbocharged 4-cylinder engines are available at launch: the standard 2.0L engine generating 250 hp and 275 lb-ft of torque and a 2.3L unit making 280 hp and, 310 lb-ft of torque. Each engine is paired with a new 8-speed automatic transmission.
All-wheel drive is standard with both engines with disconnection of the AWD system, the vehicle switching automatically switches FWD depending on the quality of the road, speed, temperature and other parameters.
The Corsair will arrive at Canadian dealerships in the fall of 2019.
