Andros Trophy: Romain Grosjean wins in Isola 2000

Romain Grosjean (Renault Clio) clinched victory in the second day of the Andros Trophy, in Isola 2000, while Alain Prost (Dacia Duster) still leads the provisional standing.

The former Renault F1-driver won ahead of a surprising Jonathan Hirschi (BMW Serie 1) and Alain Prost (Dacia Duster).

Grosjean had been the fastest driver in qualifying rounds ahead of Hirschi and Jean-Philippe Dayraut (BMW Serie 1).

Meanwhile, Jacques Villeneuve (Skoda Fabia) was unable to repeat his good performance in the first round, 8th place. The Canadian driver finished 12th inĀ  the second day in Isola 2000.

Alain Prost still leads the provisional standing ahead of Dayraut. Villeneuve remains in 10th position in the standing.
