Tim George Jr. has won his first ever ARCA Racing Series’s race by taking Saturday afternoon's rain- and fog-shortened ARCA 200 at Pocono Raceway.

The race, scheduled for 80 laps and 200 miles, was marred by two red flags and 29 of the 59 laps were run under caution.

Following George Jr. to the finish line were Chris Buescher, Grant Enfinger, Ty Dillon and pole-winner Brennan Poole.

George, running on four fresh tires, won by passing Enfinger on a restart at lap 57. Two laps later, the race went under caution for the last time (followed by the red flag) as rain and low clouds began moving in.

The win was the 30-year-old New York City native's first in 50 career ARCA starts and the fourth overall in seven ARCA starts this year for Richard Childress Racing.

Four drivers swapped the lead eight times. They included Buescher (once for 27 laps), Poole (four times for 23), Enfinger (once for four), Dillon (two for three) and George, who led only the last two laps.

Canadian Maryeve Dufault from Sorel, Qc, finished 12th in her No.12 Dodge.
