Audi A3 starts at $32,850 in Canada

There's a Convenience Package for $950 on top of the Sport package that includes the HomeLink remote, a storage package, a trip computer, an auto-dimming interior mirror, and a light-rain sensing device.

Auto Navigation is available for $2,700 on models with the Sport or Premium Packages, and there's an Auto Navigation & Sound Package for $4,000 for both models as well.

All models of A3 can be painted Venetian Violet Metallic or Murano Green Pearl Effect for $1,400.

As with all Audi models, the 2006 A3 2.0 T is equipped with dual front airbags, front side airbags, Sideguard curtain airbag for front and rear passengers, electronic stability control, electronic brake pressure distribution, electronic brake distribution, and anti-lock brakes are all standard. Rear side airbags are optional on all A3 models.

Technically, the big news in the A3 is the 2.0T FSI turbocharged inline-four, which produces 200 hp and about 210 lb-ft of torque, the later of which is available from 1,800 to 5,000 rpm.
