Last month, Bentley set a new world speed record on ice with the all-new Continental Supersports convertible. To celebrate the exploit (overshadowed by Audi soon after), the automaker announced the production of 100 units of the machine.

The car will still be powered by a 6.0-litre, twin-turbo W12, but the cooling and exhaust systems have been modified to create the most powerful Bentley ever, spitting out 631 ponies and 590 ft-lb of torque.

Aided by a six-speed autobox channelling all that fury to all four 20-inch wheels, the Continental Supersports convertible leaps from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.0 seconds and can run on biofuel as well as gas.

Like any self-respecting premium automobile, the convertible sports a cabin draped in luxurious, soft-touch materials that create a sporty yet distinguished atmosphere. The dash is adorned in a shiny carbon fibre layer specific to the model.

The car also features an infotainment system with 30-gig hard drive controlled via an 8-inch touch screen or a dial.
