BMW will begin its 100th anniversary celebrations this coming March with the North American premieres of its 2017 BMW M760i xDrive and 2017 BMW ALPINA B7 xDrive models at the New York International Auto Show.
The 2017 BMW M760i xDrive luxury sedan is the first from the carmaker to feature a 12-cylinder gasoline engine combined with BMW’s exclusive M Performance TwinPower technology. Output from the powertrain is to be 600 HP and 590 lb/ft of peak torque. The M760i xDrive will also be equipped with cutting-edge driver-assist technologies to maximize stability and handling. Able to attain 60 mph from a stop in just 3.9 seconds, and with a top speed of 155 mph, the BMW M760i xDrive offers striking performance for a luxury sedan. The car is expected at North American dealership by spring 2017.

Combining a variable ratio electric steering system at the front axle with active steering on the rear axle, the new B7 also offers 0-60 acceleration time of just 3.6 seconds and upwards of 600 HP, making for a unique hybrid of elegant luxury sedan and precision-tuned sports car.
