The Pilot will be available in EX trim only for the Canadian market with a host of standard equipment including: aluminum alloy wheels; synchronized front and rear automatic climate control; cruise control; 155-watt AM/FM stereo with CD player and seven speakers; front and side air bags for both driver and front passenger; ABS; power windows, mirrors and door locks. A leather-trimmed interior with heated front seats will also be available.

Honda expects the Pilot will set a new standard in the SUV segment, in much the same way the Odyssey has done in the minivan segment.

The Pilot will be built alongside the Acura MDX and Honda Odyssey by Honda Canada Manufacturing in Alliston, Ontario. Pricing will be announced upon introduction.
