Pathfinder's standard features include a standard theft-resistant ignition immobilizer and alarm system, keyless remote entry, heated outside mirrors, power doors and windows, and a 6-speaker sound system. Forsyth adds that premium Bose sound systems are standard on Pathfinder SE and LE."The V70 GLT features the proven 2.4-litre, 5-cylinder engine with low-pressure turbo, 5-speed automatic transmission and a host of standard safety, security and convenience features," says Ken Brusca, president of Volvo Cars of Canada. "The V70 T5 delivers sparkling performance from its 2.3-litre high-pressure turbo engine and5-speed manual transmission."
Brusca says, "We have enhanced the features and benefits of the new V70 in just about every way possible, but maintained the value it represents to our many wagon buyers. Premium wagons are still our core business and we are pleased to bring an exciting new product into this market."This August, an all-wheel-drive version of the wagon, the 2001 Cross Country, will be introduced to the Canadian market for even more money.
Expect all versions of these two vehicles to be available at Nissan or Volvo dealerships sometime in April.
