Team Octane principal Alain Lauzière has announced that he would go with the expansion flow in the Canadian Touring Car Championship (CTCC), and enter a MINI in the new B-Spec class.
"We have been competing with MINI products for the last 6 years. It was natural for us to join the B-Spec class," Lauzière commented.
For the occasion, CTCC veteran and former Octane driver P.J. Groenke was recruited to go behind the wheel.
"I am ecstatic to represent Team Octane this season […]. I cannot wait for the 2012 season to begin," the driver said.
