Each line of minivans also gets what GM of Canada calls a new "family" of stereos.Over at Chevrolet, there's now a low-priced Value Van model, which carries an MSRP of $24,895 and is missing some of the features from the previous entry-level model.Value Van does get 4 doors on its regular-wheelbase (RWB) frame, air conditioning, auxiliary power outlets, and several other creature comforts. But it also gets cloth/vinyl seats instead of cloth, fold-away non-power outside mirrors instead of power mirrors, and an argent grille rather than a chrome one. There also some features which are simply not available as either standard equipment or as options, including a height-adjustable driver's seat, a power sliding side door, self-sealing tires, deep tinted side windows, and so on.
The next Venture is also a regular-wheelbase model with four doors that lists for $26,095 and comes with more features, then it's to the RWB LS with more features for $29,875.
You can have the roomier extended-wheelbase (EW) Venture for less money ($27,225) than a RWB, but of course it comes with fewer features. The EW LS trim lists for $31,005, and then there's the heavily-featured LT for $33,440 and the Warner Brothers video Venture for $37,670.
Montana will get an SE (special package) trim along with the MontanaVision, and for 2000 the leather seats are heated.
