A short while ago, General Motors announced plans to bring its compact lineup up to date. According to the automaker, the next C-segment model will set new standards for safety and equipment levels. It will reportedly be powered by a new 1.4-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine.
More details have just been released. We've learned that the car will bear the name of Chevrolet Cruze. It will stand 4.6 meters long, roughly the same length as the Cobalt. There will be plenty of room for 5 people and their luggage.
The Cruze will make its debut in Europe next spring before hitting other markets a few months later.
