Which one do we prefer? It's a hard choice, actually. The CSX offers much more equipment for the price as well as a reputation for reliability. It's also biased more towards comfort than performance. The Jetta is opposite, performs very well and constitutes a weapon of choice for burning up back roads. In both cases, you'll have enough space for you and the kids, without sacrificing driving pleasure and what your in-laws might think about your new purchase. It's tight, but our hearts choose the more sporty character of the Jetta 2.0T.
