The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and Silverado 1500 have just been announced as North American Car of the Year and North American Truck of the Year, respectively.
It is the first time Chevrolet has won both awards in the same year.
A total of 49 auto journalists from the U.S. and Canada voted for the most outstanding vehicles of 2014 based on criteria such as innovation, design, safety, handling, driver satisfaction, and value.
