Jamie Green will remain in the Mercedes’ line up for the 2012 DTM championship.
It will be the eight year of collaboration between Mercedes and Green, which began in Formula 3 from 2002 to 2004, the fifth in DTM for the English driver who get seven DTM wins : five with the HWA Mercedes factory team, and two with team Persson.
Jamie Green is the fifth driver to be confirmed by Mercedes for the DTM season, after Gary Paffett, Ralf Schumacher, David Coulthard and Susie Wolff Stoddart. Robert Wickens, Roberto Mehri and Christian Vietoris are rumoured to be announced soon.
