Miguel Molina (Audi A4) took his first DTM pole in Oschersleben, beating Canadian Bruno Spengler (Mercedes Classe C) by only one thousand of a second.

Audi has been dominant since the beginning of the weekend. Four A4 reached the top 5 during qualifying. In second place, Bruno Spengler, the Mercedes sheep among the Audi wolves, will have to be careful.

The Audi drivers will probably put the pressure on Spengler in order to help their teammate Martin Tomczyk, championship leader, and only 15th on the grid. Mercedes driver Gary Paffett will also start from the back of the grid, after he failed to run a quick lap after engine troubles.

Behind Molina and Spengler, Audi drivers Oliver Jarvis and Matthias Ekström will share the second row, ahead of Timo Scheider. After Spengler, Jamie Green is the second fastest Mercedes driver, but he stands only 6th ahead of his team mate Ralf Schumacher.

Tomorrow, Bruno Spengler, second in championship classification only one point behind Tomczyk, will have a great opportunity to take the championship lead back. But he will have to stay out of trouble.
