The DTM series will contest 11 rounds in six countries, next year.

The calendar comprises tradition-rich German circuits, international highlights and Spielberg, the well-known Austrian racetrack that is going to make its comeback as DTM venue, this year. Traditionally, the season kick-off scheduled for 1st May will be held at the Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg - while the finale will be contested - just as it is the case this year - in the Chinese metropolis Shanghai.

And the year will feature an additional highlight: a show event in Munich. There, the DTM enthusiasts will have the chance of witnessing on 17th July a true top-class event: motor racing at their fingertips spiced up by a spectacular support programme.

New on the calendar is the venue of the third DTM round held on 5th June: Austria’s Red-Bull-Ring located near Spielberg. In the recent past, the circuit was subjected to extensive reconstruction measures such as new pit facilities. It staged its last DTM race to date back in 2003.
