Jenson Button would celebrate winning the world championship by proposing marriage, his girlfriend has revealed.
Japanese model Jessica Michibata, 24, has accompanied the Brawn driver to most of the races in 2009.
She told the British tabloid The People: "If Jenson wins the title in November we will celebrate a lot and it will be by him getting down on one knee."
Currently, Jessica is based in Tokyo while Briton Button, 29, lives in Monaco.
"He flies me first class to meet him whenever we can grab time together," she admitted.
