Nico Rosberg (Mercedes) is fifth in front of Robert Kubica (Renault), Felipe Massa (Ferrari) and Rubens Barrichello (Williams).
For his first time in Q3, Pedro de la Rosa is ninth. Michael Schumacher will start from the tenth position, 1.8 seconds behind Sebastian Vettel.
Jenson Button has been eliminated in Q2 and will start from the 14th position.
