Dr. Helmut Marko, Red Bull’s Motorsport Consultant, recently talked to Italian web site 442race.com about some issues of the 2010 Formula 1 season, such as the second driver of the Toro Rosso team.
About the rumours connecting Bruno Senna to Toro Rosso, Marko, a former Formula 1 driver himself, said: "It's not true. I've never heard about it."
About Toro Rosso's second driver: "It will be Jaime Alguersuari. It's just some contractual details that have to be solved, but generally it's Alguersuari."
On the date of the official announcement of Toro Rosso’s second driver: "I don't know when the official announcement will be, Mr. Tost knows exactly when."
And finally about Mirko Bortolotti having been ousted of the Red Bull Junior Team: "It's true, yes. We offered him an seat in the Formula 2 series, but we wanted him to move to Milton Keynes, where all our other drivers are, like Ricciardo and Hartley. They all are working on the simulator and so on, so to have a comparison. And he declined to go to England. That's why we stopped it."
