Finnish driver Heikki Kovalainen has scored his maiden victory in Formula 1, winning today the Hungarian Grand Prix near Budapest.

The McLaren driver inherited the win when the leader of the race, Felipe Massa, blew up the engine of his Ferrari with just 3 laps remaining.

Kovalainen win the race ahead of Timo Glock (Toyota) and Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari).
