McLaren F1 driver Lewis Hamilton travelled to the Philippines to shoot in a UNICEF movie aimed at raising awareness to children living in the street.

The 2008 world champion met with some of the 85,000 kids who struggle all year long to go to school, stay healthy and even feed.

Hamilton spent the most time with a young boy called Reynold, who lives in wooden carts and takes care of his two younger brothers Arnold and Rico, respectively nine and two years old.

"The young boys and girls who I have met today are really fantastic children," said the Brit on his team's website.

"But they are living without the simple things that most people take for granted, like food, clean water and a safe place to sleep at night. It shouldn’t be like this. Just a little money can make a huge difference for vulnerable children living tough lives around the world."
