Max Mosley may want F1 teams to receive more commercial income, but the FIA president will also call for them to pay more to the Paris-based federation.

In a dossier circulated prior to Wednesday's meeting of the World Motor Sport Council, it emerges that the FIA proposes to raise the entry fee for formula one teams from 300,000 to 740,000 euros per year.

The document, which has been seen by this publication, says the more than doubled fees will cover the costs of things including a light signalling system, data recorders, pitlane communications and weather forecasting systems.

Both Mosley and Ecclestone, at loggerheads over a new Concorde Agreement in the wake of the sex scandal, will be present at the WMSC.
