Monza Grand Prix winner Sebastian Vettel is set to more than double his retainer by switching from Toro Rosso to parent team Red Bull in 2009.

Germany's Bild newspaper reports that the 21-year-old German, who became the youngest race winner of all time last weekend, will make 1.5 million euros next year.

Swiss based Motorsport Aktuell said recently that Vettel is currently the third lowest earner among the 20 race drivers, with his 600,000 euros surpassed even by Kazuki Nakajima.

But even though Michael Schumacher's manager Willi Weber believes he could help Vettel pocket 100 million euros from his career, the young racer insists he has no plans to hire a manager.

Vettel is a rare breed in F1, choosing to handle his own affairs.

"He does everything himself," his father Norbert confirmed.

Vettel, who used a single lawyer to help him with his new two-year Red Bull contract, said: "I am not going to change anything. Not at all. I don't see why I should start doing things differently now."
