Aspects of the car's design "definitely buck the norm" and will "raise some eyebrows" when it is revealed to the public, a website report of the factory tour said.
The Cosworth-powered Type 1 is scheduled to debut at Alabama's Barber Motorsport Park at the beginning of February.
