F2: Mirko Bortolotti takes double win at Barcelona

Mirko Bortolotti, who already clinched victory in race 1 on Saturday, also won the second round presented in Barcelona, last round of the 2011 Formula 2 championship.

Mirko Bortolotti, who already secured title in Monza two weeks ago, had a successful week-end in Barcelona, where he took both pole position, both race wins, and both fastest laps. Mirko Bortolotti will participate to the rookie tests in F1 in Abu Dhabi with the team Williams.

Ramon Pineiro took advantage at the start, but Bortolotti was able to retake the lead very quickly, and pulled away in front. Pineiro and Mihai Marinescu took 2nd and 3rd in this very last race of the 2011 Formula 2 championship.
