Groupe Park Avenue becomes the first Audi retailer in Canada to open a new Audi Terminal. This new state of the art facility incorporates all of the individual factors that contribute to the Audi terminal architecture.
The basis of the Audi Design Architecture is centered on the brand essence of Audis "Vorpsrung durch Technik" which means advancement through technology. Combined with the brand values of sporty, progressive and sophisticated the design principle is translated into a visual language.
The following are a few of the key characteristics that distinguish the Audi design principle; the colour Aluminum, asymmetrical design and transparency. The colour Aluminum is used as a symbol of our technical competence and is found throughout the architecture. The aesthetic presentation of technology is core to the brand and is therefore a basic requirement of every design application.
Asymmetrical design is always used to convey the values of sporty and progressive. This principle can be seen in all aspects of the dealership but is particularly highlighted by the "curve". The "curve" is an essential design element that visualizes dynamism through movement. Transparency and lightness are further design features that make up the Audi profile. Expansive areas of glass in Audi architecture and the high proportion of white space are examples of these elements.
