General Motors of Europe has just announced first quarter sales results. Other than having achieved their best market share in 10 years at 9.8%, GM posted their all-time best sales number at 553,621 units.
Compared to the first quarter of 2006, market has risen 0.4% and sales have risen by 30,354 vehicles.
Jonathan Browning, GM Europe Vice President for Sales, Marketing and Aftersales attributes these gains to GM's multi-brand strategy that is beginning to make a strong impact.
