After revealing sketches of the 2012 Rio, Kia is whetting our appetite again one month later almost to the day with the first images of the car, set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show from March 3 to 13, 2011.
This apple certainly hasn't fallen far from the proverbial tree, and the similarities between the 2012 Rio and Hyundai Accent are striking. The Rio will be available in three-, four- and five-door variants depending on the market.
Though the technical specs have yet to be disclosed, we can expect to see engine as the 1.6-litre, 138-hp, 123-ft-lb mill slumbering beneath the hood of the Canadian 2012 Accent.
