The Internet revolutionized the way we get information by providing instant access to the latest news. Today, General Motors was reminded of one of the web's downsides by accidentally leaking a full picture of the next-generation Chevrolet Malibu.
Obviously, the automaker quickly noticed the gaffe and replaced the image on its Facebook page with the one that was initially supposed to appear. The latter shows a folding stereo facade with a small storage compartment hidden behind.
Unfortunately for GM, and fortunately for us, one can never totally erase what goes on the Internet, no matter how briefly. So, today, we're pleased to present you the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu.
Barring another similar incident, no word on the car's features and specifications should be expected before Monday's world premiere at the Shanghai Auto Show. Stay tuned!
