GP2: Jérôme d'Ambrosio wins race 2 in Monaco

Jérôme d’Ambrosio clinched victory in race 2 of the GP2 series in Monaco after leading the pack from start to finish.

The Belgian driver had the advantage to start the second race from pole position (thanks to reversed grid regulation), as he finished 8th of race 1 on Saturday. At the start, The Renault Junior kept the lead, while Razia was overtaken by Giedo Van der Garde at the first corner.

Razia lost two more positions in the next laps when Jules Bianchi (who eventually took 3rd place at the end) and Johnny Cecotto passed the Brazilan.

Razia finally took 5th position just ahead race 1 winner, Sergio Perez.

Perez now leads the standings, ahead of Pastor Maldonado (who was given a drive-through penalty for jumping the start) and Dani Clos.
